Reservation Booking Policies

• Minimum 2 night stay.  Single night stays may be considered and can be requested via email.
• Max 3 cabin rentals per group or credit card.
• Cabin rental allows you and your friends and family to enjoy the lodge and surrounding property. Please understand that this does not include weddings or large gatherings on-site.
• Please contact the lodge directly for private events and venue rates.
• Minimum time to book online is 48 hours prior to present date for cabins rental.
  • If trying to book within less than 48 hours, please call Hatcher Pass Lodge directly.
• Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Cafe & Restaurant availabilities vary so bringing your own food may be in your best interest!
• Children under 3 stay at no additional charge. Other Additional Guests (beyond 4) may be possible at a rate of $20/pp/night - please contact us to verify availability.
• It’s rare but specific cabin numbers could change between now and your arrival. Please clearly specify if you have any specific needs.
• Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome at Hatcher Pass Lodge. Dogs are allowed to stay in the cabins. There is an additional $15 fee per pet per stay.

Cancellation Policies

• If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call or email 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation but will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
• We will automatically collect the full balance of your reservation from the credit card on file 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date.
• No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation.

Steps for Booking Online

• Each cabin has its own Calendar of availability.
• Input credit card and personal information to hold reservation date.
• An email will be sent to you upon booking with additional cabin information, lodge rules, and cancellation policy.
• Within 48 hours of reservation request the Lodge Manger will confirm reservation request by return email or call.
• Dates will then be marked reserved and a $25.00 per cabin per night non-refundable fee will be charged.
• The Sauna is available for $25.00 per cabin for private 1 hr. time slot on a first-come first-served basis.
